Licensing and distribution

* RedAction's covered application source is released under GNU AGPL v3.
* Added exact Corresponding Source, build scripts, dependency records, licence
  texts, checksums and retained PyMuPDF/MuPDF source archives.
* Added in-application and website links to the exact release source.
* Clarified that the Microsoft Store purchase supports the convenient official
  packaged build and ongoing development; it is not payment for a proprietary
  copyright licence.

Application updates
-------------------
* Restored Microsoft Store checkout for the packaged application while direct
  test builds continue to show a clear checkout limitation.
* Free Visual Redaction Studio supports one image per session with permanent
  black brush and draggable rectangle redaction.
* Full Access provides PDFs, unlimited images, advanced visual tools, custom
  redaction appearance, watermark controls, quality controls and audit reports.
* Evidence reports can be viewed inside the application and exported separately
  from recipient disclosure packages.
* Review status is updated after the user opens and closes the review document.
* Improved visual editing layout and rectangle resize handling.

Verification
------------
* Automated test suite: 58 tests passed before the release build.
* Exact binary and source SHA-256 values are published on source.html and in
  SHA256SUMS.txt.

Important
---------
Automated redaction remains an aid. Users must review every page and make their
own lawful disclosure decision. Reports and certificates record application
checks and reviewer actions; they do not prove legal compliance.
