Store purchase reliability

* Fixed Microsoft Store Full Access product lookup when PyWinRT exposes the
  successful HRESULT 0x00000000 as a truthy object.
* Successful Store responses now continue to the returned durable add-on
  product and local price.
* Failed HRESULT values continue to stop checkout and report a safe error.
* Added regression tests for both zero-HRESULT success and failed-HRESULT
  Store query results.

Other release information

* Full Access remains a one-time durable Microsoft Store add-on.
* Document processing remains local. Microsoft Store connectivity is used for
  installation, purchase, entitlement restoration and updates.
* RedAction's covered application code is distributed under GNU AGPL v3.
