* Replaced the generic precompiled OpenCV Windows wheel with a reproducible,
  source-built RedAction package.
* Retained only modules required for image decoding, deskew, edge/line
  processing and face detection.
* Removed Intel IPP/ITT, FFmpeg, video/videoio and OpenCV HighGUI from the
  OpenCV configuration.
* Added OpenCV usage, build, regression and compliance engineering records.
* Added automated PNG, JPEG, BMP, TIFF, WebP, deskew, processing and cascade
  regression tests.
* Updated dependency notices, SBOM inputs, version metadata and corresponding
  source records for 1.0.18.0.
* Removed the source/licence promotional banner from Settings. Licence and
  source information remain installed and available on the website.

Microsoft-signed purchase, restore and update testing must be completed in a
private Store flight before public release.
